1. Go to www.swwc.com/myaccount. Click on “Need a profile? Sign up.”
2. Sign up for a profile & click “Submit.”
3. Congratulations! Your customer portal account is complete. Log back into your account and click on the menu option “Billing & Usage” and then click “Paperless Billing.”
4. Click on “Paperless Billing” to finish the setup.

This drawing is being conducted by SouthWest Water Company and its affiliates offering water and/or wastewater utility services in the states in which they operate (collectively, the “Company”). This drawing will be void where prohibited by law.
To be eligible for the drawing and to participate, you must be a current customer of the Company who is enrolled in the Company’s paperless billing option as of 11:59 pm CT, November 1, 2022. All eligible customers will be automatically entered into the drawing.
Six (6) winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible customers on November 2, 2022. Each winner will receive a $250 electronic Visa® gift card. The odds of being selected are dependent on the final number of participants.
Winners will be notified by November 4, 2022 via telephone or email with instructions on how to receive their prize.
